I absolutely adore this pillow! I’ve tried several adjustable memory foam pillows from different brands, and this one is as good—if not better—than the rest, all at a fantastic price point. Once you start sleeping on an adjustable memory foam pillow like this, you’ll never go back to regular pillows. The quality is excellent, with no smell upon unpacking, and the packaging was impressive. The pillow is easily customizable, and I love that it comes with extra fill to adjust the height and firmness to suit my needs. It provides the perfect balance of softness and support, making it comfortable for all sleep positions, whether you’re a back, side, or stomach sleeper. I use it as a body pillow. It provides a lot of support and is soft and comfortable. The factory smell went away in a few days. I would buy again if I need more body pillows

This pillow is definitely unique from other pillows I’ve had in the past because it allows you to remove stuffing, or add stuffing, so that the pillow can be customized to the preferred fluffiness of the sleeper. I got this for when guests come to stay because we needed an extra pillow, and it turns out to be the perfect pillow for the guestroom because it can literally be customized. It’s so nice that they even provide you with a resealable Ziploc bag with the stuffing in it, that you can just store in the guest closet or under the guest bed. This pillow ended up being perfect for our needs! Really happy with it and had no weird smells which is a bonus.

Odor, but adjustable

Well, this pillow has an odor that is still present even after a week or two. It is comfortable, after removing some stuffing. It's nice that it is customizable, but then you have shredded memory foam to store somewhere. If you have trouble finding a good pillow this might be a good option because you can adjust it to suit your needs. Not bad.
